A standard home typically has a 7 day turnaround time for completion, however, this is dependant on the size of your home, complexity, weather and some outside circumstances. We always do our best to remain efficient and give you a clear schedule.

Colorbond starts with the same strong Zincalume steel base but adds a durable, baked-on paint finish designed for Australia’s climate. Zincalume comes in one colour option and its silver, shiny colour can noticeably fade over time. Colorbond offers 20+ colour options and some colours have solar reflective technology to keep your home cool in summer. The extra paint layer in colorbond gives you better durability, and a longer lifespan for your roof, making it the smarter choice for your home.
Yes. When we replace your roof, it must be checked and approved by a qualified building certifier to make sure it’s safe and structurally sound. In some cases, such as when converting from tile to metal roofing, an engineer may also need to be involved. The certifier is an independent professional who inspects the work to confirm the roof’s structure and tie-downs (the parts that hold your roof securely to the house) meet current safety standards. During your roof replacement, we may install extra straps or tie-downs if needed to bring everything up to code. Once the work is complete, we take detailed photos and send them to the certifier for final approval. This process ensures your new roof is strong, safe, and fully compliant with building regulations.
Anticon Blanket is an insulation layer installed beneath your roof that helps regulate temperature and control moisture. It keeps your home cool in summer, warm in winter and moisture-free. Soft and reflective, 95% of our customers choose this option for smarter, more energy-efficient living.
